Please complete for each student by Tuesday 8/29/2023. This form will allow us to order the correct size FREE t-shirt for your student. All students will receive one when participating in the jog-a-thon, during school hours.

We have closed submissions and went around to each class and made our best guess for students that didn’t submit.
